Returning to the Source: From the Drop to the Ocean

Sometimes life feels like a constant struggle to maintain our fragment of reality. We focus on our concerns, judgments, truths, personal history, and the "self" we feel is solid and defined. We view ourselves as isolated individuals, trying to survive in a world perceived as external, real, and often irremediable. We live concentrated on the limits of our own story, without observing from another perspective that could change the weight of this experience.
Everything we perceive, from thoughts, emotions, and experiences to the material world around us, are forms that appear and disappear. They are appearances in consciousness. Like waves in the sea, they arise, have a momentary form, and dissolve. We are not the form that appears, the idea that torments us, or the reality that smothers us. We are the space in which everything happens, the consciousness that allows experience to exist.
When we live believing we are only our personal story, we suffer to protect it or try to make it different. But recognizing our essence is consciousness itself, there is no need to fight the experience. Life stops being a problem to solve and becomes something that happens spontaneously.
The Return To Home is not a journey to a distant place nor an achievement requiring years of effort, nor is it a destination or a state to attain. It is the continuous act of stopping looking only at the surface to notice the background that sustains everything. It is understanding that, although we seem like separate individuals, in our deepest nature, we are already the totality we seek outside. It is the gentle surrender of stopping carrying the burden of being someone to rest in the certainty of always being the consciousness that animates everything. Leaving behind being the drop to return to the ocean we have always been.
Call to action:
What would happen if today you stopped trying to control your personal story and simply allowed the peace of your essence to be present? If you want to explore this perspective and release the tension of being someone, I invite you to a free Exploration Session. We will look closely at this mechanism of the mind and remember how it feels to rest in what you already are.
