The Path

The Return to Home isn't about acquiring new knowledge or skills, or working on ourselves, but rather about eliminating the ignorance that prevents us from seeing who we already are. It's a path of disidentification with what we believe we are, which limits us from experiencing the fullness of Being. It's also a path to realizing what we've always been: full consciousness.

It all begins with a question, a thirst, a deep restlessness. It is the moment when we realize that our perception of reality may be limited and that the world we perceive with our senses may be only a reflection of something much larger. This call is the first sign that the soul is ready to return to its origin.

If you feel the calling, if you feel tired of working on yourself, if you recognize in yourself an honest search, born from the heart, the path awaits you.

To undertake the return, we need two fundamental supports that facilitate grace and open the heart: Faith and Humbleness

While there is no method or formula for achieving what we already are, the coaching and accompaniment I share draws on your personal experience to move from there toward wholeness, non-duality, the dissolution of the idea of separation, separation from others, from nature, separation from God.

The path's direction is a practical process for differentiating what is real from what is unreal. On the one hand, it involves personal accompaniment (coaching) to explore what we are not, and on the other, surrender through meditation to rest in the Being, the consciousness that we are.

The culmination of this path is the direct experience of Truth. It is not an end, but a constant process, timeless and spaceless. It is the realization that reveals the peace and fulfillment that goes beyond all understanding. It is not reaching a new state, but remaining in Being, in the home from which, in truth, we never left, the one we have been since even before we were born.

The accompaniment...

The coaching or accompaniment for the Return to Home is not an exact map or a standardized plan. It stems from each journeyer's experience, from the origin of their search, from a specific situation they are experiencing, the resolve to explore beyond what has been observed until now, and the faith to believe there is a home at the end of the road. Coaching moves within two main spaces:

Inquiry , which through the observation of layers of thought sheds light on imperceptible identifications and reveals what we are not; and on the other hand , Surrender, through stillness, we learn to let go of control and rest in Being, allowing the consciousness that we already are to reveal itself.
