From Confusion to Clarity: The Return To Home

Since I first felt the calling to share the journey toward the inner self, I wondered what the simplest and easiest way to share it would be. I still don’t have an answer; any possible definition would limit the personal experience that invariably leads to the same point: Being, pure consciousness, our true nature.

That is why, when people ask me, "What is 'The Return Home' about? What is the guidance process like?", the answer can never be concrete. Truth must be perceived, as it becomes a mere concept if one tries to express it. I am aware that this isn't very helpful for social media content or strategic communication for potential clients, and I accept that. I do so knowing there is no "I" that has to do anything; what is meant to be will be. Even in the apparent lack of clarity of the message, light will find its way to whoever is open to experiencing it.

That being said, I will attempt to systematically explain how "The Return Home" program is carried out.

1. The Starting Point: A Real Experience We do not work with abstract theories. Everything begins with something real that is disturbing your peace—that feeling of discomfort, sometimes with defined causes and other times in undefined ways: a conflict with your partner, work stress, a loss, or that subtle, inexplicable void that feels constant. This conflict is the starting point. The door. The beginning of the path. We do not evade it; we use it as the thread to begin the exploration process.

2. Inquiry: The Layers of Identity In our initial sessions, we begin the journey through three main layers:

  • Thoughts: We observe what you are telling yourself about what is happening.

  • Emotions: We feel how those thoughts are reflected in the body.

  • Identifications: We reach the root of the emotions, questioning what we believe we are, revealing the identifications.

3. It’s Not Therapy, It’s Inquiry This guidance does not seek to resolve emotions, fix crisis situations, or lessen conflict. It is a process of realizing that the subject of suffering is an illusion, that the root is a construction of a "self" that is not concrete. Therefore, neither thoughts, emotions, nor identifications are conclusive.

4. Resting in Being While identifying everything we are NOT, we also engage in weekly practices of pauses, meditations, and other exercises, resting in the consciousness that we are—our nature of wholeness, the House of Being, the home of light.

Conclusion: The Destination is the Origin The 5-session process (one for exploration and four of depth) is not a program to enlighten you, work on yourself, or improve you. Imagine a bright room that has been accumulating old furniture, boxes, and heavy curtains for years. This process is not about bringing in light from the outside; it’s about removing what’s in the way so the light that is already there becomes visible. The furniture in the room represents the concepts of the "self" we have gathered; only when space is made can the light expand.

"The Return Home" is realizing that the home we seek was never far away. You are the home. But not the "you" of the concept—the "you" that never changes, that has always been there, even before you filled it with furniture.

Call to Action: Do you feel it is time to stop pruning the branches of suffering and start going to the root? Would you like to get to know the "furniture" in the house and create space for light? I invite you to schedule a Clarity Session. It is the first step in tracing your own map back home.
